How to book?

Login to your surprizekart.com account using mobile no, google account or a facebook account.
Explore the packages/experiences you want to book, once decided.
Select the Date & Time slot you want the package/experiences to be delivered to you and click book now.
Customization page will open, you can add further items from there to enhance the package/experience as per your need.
Next booking form will appear, provide all the information required in the booking form i.e name, address and mobile no. and then click place order to go on payment page.
Pay the amount appearing on screen for your package and once the payment is confirmed you shall receive a booking confirmation email. Here you’re done, sit relaxed and your order shall be delivered as per schedule.

Points To Note

The balloon shall be pumped on your location, you need to provide and electric socket.
Rented addon item will be collected by next day like i.e (metal stand, maque number, marque letters, neon light, cake table, lamp, sunboard cutouts)
An attendant must be present while decoration being done at your location.

Cancellation before 24 hours of delivery time slot starts, 95% of total amount shall be refunded.
Cancellation within 6 to 24 hours before delivery time starts, 50% of total amount shall be refunded.
Cancellation in the last 6 hours before delivery time starts, no refunds shall be made.
No cancellation on orders booked for Republic Day, Independence Day, Diwali, Holi, Valentine's Day and other National Holidays.
In case of Rain / Thunderstorm / Sandstorm or any act of God, only rescheduling will be entertained and no cancellation will be done.
Cancellation requests will be taken in working hours between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM via email at connect@surprizekart.com with order id or call to customer support.
To cancel an order, kindly reply to the order confirmation email with a message “I wish to cancel my order, kindly process the refund as per the cancellation policy of the company”.
Do not forget to mention in subject “order cancellation with order id”, if you are writing a fresh email requesting cancellation.

24 hours before delivery time starts, Rescheduling shall be done without an extra fee.
In the last 24 hours before delivery time starts, Rescheduling not possible.
No rescheduling possible on orders booked for Republic Day, Independence Day, Diwali, Holi, Valentine's Day and other National Holidays.
Rescheduling requests will be taken in working hours between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM via email at connect@surprizekart.com with order id or call to customer support.
To reschedule an order, kindly reply to the order confirmation email with a message “I wish to reschedule my order, kindly reschedule my order to DD:MM:YYYY at 00:00 hours as per the rescheduling policy of the company”.
Do not forget to mention in subject “order rescheduling with order id”, if you are writing a fresh email requesting reschedule.

Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment based on cancellation policy stated in every package details and the refund will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card / debit card.
